It was a real privilege when the MTTG was asked to oversee the implementation of the Shaw Trusts’ latest public services contract across the Midlands and the East of England.

MTTG worked closely with the organisations central services leads to develop a strong project management function that successfully delivered all program requirements, including the recruitment of staff, ICT infrastructure and its new properties.

In just under five months MTTG worked closely with its partners and The Shaw Trust to space plan, identify, secure, design and fit-out the new office space which is now being used to support individuals make positive life changes. Take a look at some of the new premises below!
